4minute, profile of members

4minute is a South Korean girl group that was founded by Cube Entertainment in May 2009. This group consists of Jihyun, Gayoon, Jiyoon, Hyuna and SoHyun.

On June 11, 2009, silhouette teaser video was released online, along with their official web site.

Cube Entertainment has released a teaser for the first single "Hot Issue" them on June 10, while the single debuted on June 18. 

At the end of August, 4Minute released a mini-album called "For Muzik" which was alongside their second single, "Muzik"4minute had their debut appearance on June 18 to 21 with "Hot Issue" and their award-winning digital music "Rookie Of The Month" for June and August. 4minute won their first ever number one in Inkigayo, on September 27 and on a Oktobe in M! Countdown. 

Their third single was "What A Girl Wants" was released shortly after the release of their EP.

4minute is featured in the digital fellow label-mate Mario Christmas single "Jingle Jingle", which was released on December 2, 2009; music video premiere online on December 3, 2009.


They also recorded a remix with the American artist Amerie for 'Hearing' song 'Em All was released in Asia's fourth album version.

Song Hye-kyo

Song Hye-kyo is a South Korean model and actress. When Song Hye-kyo was born, she was sick and her parents and doctor thought she would never make it. Miraculously she survived and her parents only registered her birth on February 26, 1982. Her talents are ice skating, swimming, and playing the piano.

In 2003, Song Hye-kyo popularity continued to climb when she played a leading role in the poker drama All In, alongside Lee Byung-hun. The following year, she costarred with singer Rain in the romantic comedy series Full House which was a huge success.

After the pan-Asian success of Full HouseSong Hye-kyo starred in the film My Girl and I, which was panned by audiences and critics alike. She then went on a 2-year hiatus, returning to acting as the kisaeng Hwang Jin-i in the film adaptation of  Hwang Jin-i, which was released in South Korea in 2007. She then made her American debut in the Hollywood indie film Fetish in 2008. In late 2008, Song starred in the KBS2 drama The World That They Live In opposite Hyun Bin.

Her latest film La Quotidienne will be released in late 2011. It is about a documentary producer who loses her fiancé.

Song Hye-kyo is considered Korea's "Most Beautiful Woman" and has been chosen by many Korean male celebrities as the "Korean Goddess of Beauty". In 2010 she was ranked #18 in The Annual Independent Critics List of the 100 Most Beautiful Faces.

Kim Hyun Joong Win Trophy M! Countdown

A variety of charming appearance in the show is packed M! Countdown. Korean music lovers are also spoiled with the songs and the latest appearance of K Pop star.

As with previous weeks, 4men displaying their second single, while B2ST do goodbye stage. In addition the Leader group of newcomers making their first debut.

This week there is competition to grab the top position among Kim Hyun Joong, FT Island, and the Secret to gain first position. Finally, Kim Hyun Joong listed his name as the holder of the trophy M! Countdown this week and this is the first victory since the SS501 members each decided to do a solo activity.

Lee Min Ho experienced Car Accident

Popular Korean actor Lee Min Ho involved a car accident while filming were undergoing the SBS drama series which he starred, CITY HUNTER.

"June 13, 2011 around 3:30 pm, a car crash that resulted in severe damage to the vehicle on the set of CITY HUNTER Ilsan near the lake. Fortunately, Lee Min Ho did not experience significant injury even though the front of the car hit the water hard and open bags , "said one representative of the late actor.

In addition, the pictures that show how severe the accident is also uploaded. From the photo the front of the car carrying Lee Min Ho looks completely destroyed.

Also reported after the incident Lee Min Ho quickly taken to the hospital. In addition, a staff that was involved an accident is also being treated in hospital,  "After the accident, Lee Min Ho was taken to the hospital and go home at 6 pm, he had undergone tests whether suffering from severe injuries. Filming this drama totally stopped and waited for further developments will be resumed at any time," said their representative.

Kim Hyun Joong


Kim Hyun Joong (born June 6, 1986) is a South Korean actor and singer. He is the leader of popular boyband SS501 and a prominent style icon in Korea, winning multiple icon awards. He gained widespread popularity beyond Asia for his role as Yoon Ji Hoo in the 2009 hit drama series Boys Over Flowers and is now known worldwide as the perfect Baek Seung Jo in the hit series drama Mischievous/Playful Kiss.

Kim Hyun Joong debuting as the leader of  SS501 in 2005. They also appeared in "Thank You For Waking Me Up" where he was proven to be a heavy sleeper,"Thank You For Raising Me Up" in 2006 and MNet's "Idol World" in 2007, which showed SS501 doing various missions in Japan.


Kim Hyun Joong joined the cast of MBC variety reality show We Got Married on May 11, 2008, with Hwang Bo, who is 6 years older than him. They achieved high popularity acting as a newlywed couple. Due to his appearance on We Got Married, he was cast in the Korean version of Hana Yori Dango as one of the members of the famous F4. Known as the "Lettuce Couple", Hyun Joong and Hwang Bo went on to win MBC's Best Couple Award. The couple made their official exit from We Got Married on December 14, 2008 due to scheduling conflicts presented by Boys Over Flowers. His latest TV drama is "Playful/Naughty Kiss" with Jung So Min.

In the hit drama series, Boys Over Flowers, he plays Yoon Ji Hoo. The series was a huge media and ratings sensation in Korea during its run from January to March 2009, garnering a huge amount of popularity for the entertainer. The series was not only a hit in Korea, but all around Asia as well. This includes Taiwan, Nepal and the Southeast Asian countries of Singapore, Vietnam, Malaysia, Philippines, amongst others as well as in Japan and in North America where it was released on DVD with English subtitles.

Not long after him and SS501 members released their album "SS501 Collection," where they each sang a solo song, along with being featured in their mini drama music video.

Their Asia Concert Tour began in mid-August 2009 in Seoul at the Olympic Park. They continued their tour in Shanghai, Taipei, Bangkok before returning to Seoul for a closing encore concert. They staged two concerts for the encore closure on the 27th Feb and 28th Feb 2010 respectively.
